I feel like I'm at my wits end finding a medication that helps my anxiety and rumination without sexual side effects. I've been on Trintillex for a month now and buspar. Buspar helps but I need something more than just Buspar. Trintillex is giving me crazy anxiety, way worse than my baseline. I've tried quite a few SSRI's but all have sexual side effects and insomnia. How do you all like fluvoxamine? Does it help your anxiety? Do you have sexual side effects or insomnia? Would love to hear what doses everyone is on and whether it helps you.
