Tourist visa for parents - 2nd application
hi,
looking for some help and advice re this. My parents came to visit me back in 2024 after me and my husband sponsored them for a tourist visa. Dad is employed and mum is retired. We initially planned for them to stay for 2 weeks, however as my dad’s visa was started later than my mum’s and they came in August we decided to extend their stay for 6 weeks as his company does not work in August and he was able to get some extended leave. They returned for another 2 week visit in November and left well before their visa expired. I want to renew their visa now, however I am worried if they question the 6 weeks visi/stay! Both me and my husband work, he is a british citizen whilst I have ILR and my parents have never overstayed any visas. any thoughts?
