My name is Jean-Pierre, I’m 22, and I recently launched a compliance-focused SaaS that helps small businesses identify potential regulatory risks.

The product is live and getting early traction, but I’m struggling with improving conversions and clearly communicating value to the right audience.

What I’m learning is that while most SMEs understand compliance is important, many still rely on outdated or expensive approaches, and don’t act until it becomes a real problem. My challenge is helping them see the value earlier in a way that builds trust.

I’m still early in my journey and trying to improve in areas like marketing, positioning, sales, and customer trust.

I’d really appreciate guidance from someone with experience in B2B SaaS, compliance, or selling to SMEs.
