I am at a loss on what to listen to next. i’m a fantasy reader. I like Patricia Briggs, Ilona Andrews, crawler carl series, rivers of London series, incryptid series, listening to book 4 of wandering inn but it’s too depressing, clovenhoof, Mark Hayden but he stopped writing,stranger things series, I start listening to something and then I hate the narration so I move on. Bunch of started not ended books in my audible account, the problem I might like the book and not like the narrator or vice versa so its getting problematic

any suggestions?

so I’m an idiot. I’ve been really wanting a certain type of dog for a few years. I’ve had those dogs my entire life and the last one passed away one year ago and I wanted a new one. Someone on Facebook said they were selling one and I zelle them 800$ and then they asked for 1700$ for the crate which I did not send but it is a common scam apparently.

So I am currently in conversation with them. I’m assuming I won’t get my money back.

They have a dog group on Facebook with 37,000 people on it. I’m assuming they bought it off someone else. thats a thing you can have a thriving group and then sell it to someone else who can rename it.

the minute I say something about the scam in the group they are going to block me.

what would you do to make sure someone else does not get scammed and to put them on blast everywhere.

Because I googled them before I sent them the $800 and it all seemed legit. So I wanna at least put their current name, etc., on blast.

please help.

hi, I am listening to the Audiobooks. I’m on the second one halfway done. I’m exhausted just thinking about having many other books. They are long and the fact that they are 40 something hours long each of them. The reader is awesome. Ryoco and Erin are a pain in the ass. I like it, but I don’t like it. Anyone feels like me? I’m gonna continue listening because it’s better than it is bad. But does anybody else feel like me? I like it. It’s a little too long.

Edit: I just listened to all seven of Crawler Carls and they were all between 15 and 20 hours long and I thought I can do this. But it was hard too and I don’t know if I’m gonna be able to do over 10 books at 40 hour each.

kudos to the readers because if I don’t like it, and II I don’t like the type of reader you are I can’t listen to more than 10 minutes
