So I was wondering if we can visit the past which is in our memories in a lucid dream I am new to lucid dreaming so I haven't got any dreams long enough to be able to try but if anyone has done it I would love to hear about your experience.
Yesterday I had a dream though I don't really remember much of the things that happened but I remember feeling that I am aware of that being a dream and I did a reality check too by looking at my hands and it looked weird but when I woke up I was confused if it was a lucid dream or a dream about lucid dreaming. Can anyone tell ?
So today just before waking up i had a long vivid dream and then suddenly i woke up but didn't open my eyes and just slept again and continued the dream from where i woke up said to myself i was dreaming and realised that i was and then started doing what i left but now after waking up i am confused if i had a lucid dream or not and about that waking part i am confused about it too if it was a fake awakening or a real one i have been practicing lucid dream consistently for over a week now so was that a lucid dream or a dream about it 😅
