Please excuse the AI image, but I’m doing a project for a friend who wants this. I’m having a hard time coming up with an accurate combination of colors. I’m currently eyeing somewhere around a Copper Brown, Burnt Bronze, Graphite black mix.
I know it may be a long shot but any help or similar color references would be a huge help
Im a few months and several projects into coating, but I’ve only worked with H-Series.
I plan on coating a clone of a SF X300 weapon light to practice since I don’t care too much about it and it’s cheap. I’ve heard recommendations of using air cure but is there a way to still use h series? I’m not sure exactly what to strip or how to on these to make them oven safe but I wanted to see if there’s any guidance.
I’d hope to get into doing the same for optics and LPVOs specifically, but I’d have the same question on that.
Any guidance from those with experience with these would be greatly appreciated!!
