How’s the hiring market right now?

Out of genuine curiosity how would the market look for someone who is getting there faa aircraft dispatcher certificate in a few months, I know it’s hard to predict but for the ones out there applying to the regionals what are your thoughts. If someones got a bachelors degree and is open to moving basically anywhere what would there chances be of at least finding one job?

Question about which dispatch school to choose

I’m currently in the process of looking into flight dispatching. A question in mind was what are the best dispatch schools you would say are out there? Do certain airlines tend to be more favorable in hiring depending on a specific school. If so what would be the best ones with direct connections?

Dispatchers that left corporate job how do you feel about your choice?

I’m currently in the process of wanting to leave my current job in corporate America. A few questions I had was for the ones here who’ve left a prior job do you like it more than corporate office gig. How long does it take to get a major, I know the minimum requirement is 1 to 2 years at a smaller airline but like realistically not everyone will get there immediately after a year and I’m sure most wait longer tbh. How much more competitive would I be in applying with a non aviation bachelors degree, is it preferred or does it make next to no difference?
