What does the work hours look like for this position, also the RSUs. With a 61B$ valuation the RSUs wont mean much as they might not have a lot of upside. If the position offers 160-180K but demands 60hr weeks constantly then does it even make sense?

Hey guys its me again. Still applying for positions. How many rounds of interview are there usually for a p4-p5 level? And how much time does it take from interview to getting hired. I have a feeling i should get an interview anytime now.

What are the categories of jobs that i am seeing lately. P2 P3 P5 and all. The place where i work, the lower the better. You start with like 8 and at 1 you are a CEO. How is it in RTX. Also can you tell me how much would a person with 15 yoe make if he is joining new. Mainly asking the supply chain folks.

Which is the best defence contractor to work for. I am trying to get into this domain and hearing a lot of negative stuff about Raytheon. Which company pays decent? Has a stable job. I dont want to join a company and then get laid off due to budget within a year or so.

Anyone help me a way to get into RTX/Collins. I am in automotive industry since 15 years and badly need to change the domain. I am a US person so that makes it easier to go in the DoD part. Anyone have any tips how i can get into?

Plain applications will not help as they get rejected by AI before a human ever sees it. I dont know anyone that works in this sector.

I am looking at some positions in supply chain with 15 yoe. Position would be remote or huntsville. The salary range is showing 107k-165K. Where do you think i will land? I have never worked in DoD before.
