CPU - amd ryzen 7 7800X3D

Gpu- NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090

Ram - 64gb 6000mhz Corsair vengeance

As the title says I’ve been trying to update the bios on my motherboard to fix some GPU pcie bus issues. But whenever I go through the q-flash process, on the restart it doesn’t post and only alternates the CPU and Dram lights on the motherboard, any help would be much appreciated
