Hi there. So after 12 years of renting our 1BR in a Buckhead high rise, our tenant is moving away and we are debating to rent again or sell. The condo market seems soft, so we are leaning towards renting.

Where do folks these days look for quality rentals from private landlords? Zillow? FB Marketplace? My days of posting on Craigslist are long behind. Hahah.

And is there a resource to test our proposed rental rate against what’s market for our area?
