I had done a promo and met the conditions (though not how they have it coded, evidently). Spoke to csr on phone call on May 15th and they told me that it was fixed and I would not be charged back the 300$ rebate. Now received an email saying I will be on the 18th. I have recording and transcript of with the csr saying I met the terms and would not be charged. I have opened a complaint with the BBB. u/googlefisupport
