Had an arcade game I found I really really liked. Had a few hours into it and made some reward points then, after an update it kept getting stuck in the loading screen saying there was some kind of issue and I need to restart the game. Did that like
50 times to no avail. I figured since I had my profile saved through an email that all my same profile and such would be there so I deleted the game and redownloaded it. And boom. Issue fixed. It pulled up
My previous profile and was back on track.

That is until I went into atlas arcade to see my next level and it said no longer able to get points because game was removed and redownloaded.

Has this always been a thing? I’m kinda bummed. It was one of the games I really liked and enjoyed that didn’t feel like a grind.

I’m just assuming it’s always been that way and I’m
SOL.

Lemme know if I’m not.

Am I the only one who has issues receiving awards for arcade games? Like it’ll give me first 3 levels. Then skip a level then I’ll get the reward a level after that.

I contact support. Send pics and what not and still not support or help. It’s hindering my challenge completions too. I’m sure other people have this issue too right?
