Custom Car Race

So i've been seeing a bunch of people build custom cars and make pretty simple, basic sports cars or everyday vehicles into beasts.

So then I thought of coming to reddit, to see what everyone else would think, if five of the cars I saw would go up against races.

The 5 cars are...

  1. Chrysler 300S

\- Chrysler 300S body

\- Dodge Demon 6.2L Supercharged HEMI

\- Jeep Trackhawk AWD drivetrain

\- 8-speed automatic

\- \~1,000 HP

  1. Mustang GT

\- 2024 Ford Mustang GT

\- Twin-turbo 5.2L Predator V8

\- 10-speed automatic

\- RWD

\- \~1,050 HP

  1. Camaro ZL1

\- Chevrolet Camaro ZL1

\- Twin-turbo 7.0L LSX V8

\- Built drag transmission

\- RWD

\- \~1,150 HP

  1. Nissan GT-R

\- R35 GT-R

\- Built VR38 with massive twin turbos

\- Upgraded AWD system

\- Dual-clutch transmission

\- \~1,200 HP

  1. Dodge Charger

\- Widebody Charger

\- Demon 170 engine with upgraded supercharger

\- AWD conversion

\- 8-speed automatic

\- \~1,100 HP

Race categories:

\- 0–60 mph

\- ¼ mile

\- Roll race (50–150 mph)

\- Top speed

\- Overall

Out of the 5 cars above and the 5 race categories, which car would win each race?

Golf r vs srt

Honestly got a bad jump didn’t have a chance to use R.A.L. This waving your hand shit is annoying. Thankfully Was able to barely pull him in on top end. Good race regardless.

Which if these custom builds win

A few people pointed out that my original post didn't include the biggest factor: tires. So here's a more complete scenario.

Assumptions for every car:

-Brand-new Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 R tires (same size class for each car)

-Professionally tuned suspension and alignment

-Optimized engine and transmission tuning

-Full weight reduction while keeping the interior functional

-Premium pump gas (93 octane)

-Good weather, prepped track, and equally skilled drivers

  1. Chrysler 300S

-Dodge Demon 6.2L Supercharged HEMI

-Jeep Trackhawk AWD drivetrain

-8-speed automatic

-~1,000 HP

  1. Mustan GT

-Twin-turbo 5.2L Predator V8

-10-speed automatic

-RWD

-~1,050 HP

  1. Camaro ZL1

-Twin-turbo 7.0L LSX V8

-Built drag transmission

-RWD

-~1,150 HP

  1. Nissan GT-R

-Built twin-turbo VR38

-Upgraded AWD system

-Dual-clutch transmission

-~1,200 HP

  1. Dodge Charger

-Demon 170 engine with upgraded supercharger

-AWD conversion

-8-speed automatic

-~1,100 HP

Race categories:

0–60 mph

¼ mile

50–150 mph roll race

Top speed

Road course (3-mile circuit)

Overall winner

I know real-world performance depends on much more than horsepower, and no spec sheet can predict everything. The idea is that these cars are all equally well-built and optimized, so which one would you bet on in each category, and why?

Speed Vegas experience

I’m 17 turning 18 in 6 months, and we’re on a road trip across the country going to various different cities, and just like all the other cities I been to, New Orleans, Los Angeles, Las Vegas definitely not somewhere I’d want to be, at least to live. My friend told me before hand how to basically do anything you have to be 21, which didn’t bother me because there’s nothing I want to do that I can’t do till I’m 21 ( drinking, gambling, etc). But I found out about speed Vegas and I’m really invested.

I’m a guy who is really really into cars, I drive light sim racing ( Logitech g29 ), and I do drive expensive fast cars frequently, although not push them. I drove plenty of Porsches, corvettes, mustangs, and I’d say, as far as my ego, I’m somewhat intermediate for my age at driving. Never though had I pushed a Lamborghini to its limits. So is this for me? And what should I expect?

What are some downsides, the only I seen so far is that it’s not great, and maybe overpriced for someone who’s experienced. I’ve seen plenty of positive reviews about the co driver, but I seen a few saying they’re kinda annoying and would put their hands on the wheel a lot, and won’t let you push it too much ( which I’d assume if they can see you don’t know what you’re doing ). The only other place I know like this is Porsche experience, which is way more expensive, and you have to be 21. Also tell me if there’s other places like these across the country of the us?
