Castorice Ult Charge Help

After my Castorice Dragon explodes and hyacine goes next, I use her skill followed up with Ica and castorice ult is only charged to 97%. While every clear video I see has it going to 100%. The breakdown is usually 30% after dragon explodes -> Hyacine’s turn it goes up to 42% -> she uses skill it goes up to 78% -> Ica goes and it goes to 97%. Meanwhile in every clear video it goes from 42% to 82-84%, then Ica goes and it is straight to 100%.
I’m wondering what I can do to fix this problem, i have pictures of my 5 rememberance character’s and their builds.
Teams are either Castorice, hyacine, Srobin with either Cyrene/ evernight as last slot.

Rin Or Robin SP

With v5 beta now, Is Robin SP better than rin for archer?
I have Archer E1S1, sparkle E0 ( Sunday LC ), dhpt E0S0, and currently using Tribbie E1S0 (DDD S5) or Robin OG E1S1 with him. Wondering which one to pull for and how much better than tribbie/ original robin either will be. Thank you for any advice!

Build Help for E0S0 Team

Alot of builds I see are usually with S1 LC for the whole team, but i currently have E0S0 Sw Lv999, E0S0 Yao Guang, E0S0 Sparxie and E0S0 HuoHuo. I was wondering what substats I should be aiming for, such as how much speed for each character. I heard without sig LC, I would want either 160 or 180 on SW and Yao Guang with Yao Guang being faster by at least 1 speed. Also for sparxie does she need 3600 attack? I see builds saying she does, while others just maximize crit ratios with 140+ speed.

Might consider pulling for signature lightcones in the future, but not too sure. If anyone knows how my builds should change with all E0S0 and after with signature LCs or eidolons please let me know! Thank you so much for the help!
