Meta is blind.

I've come to the conclusion that Meta's so-called algorithm—or whatever system they're using—has no idea what it's doing. It behaves like a blind chicken, showing ads to any random person who happens to have a phone in their hand with social media open. It's just guessing. Sometimes it heads in the right direction, and then suddenly it starts sending traffic to people who can barely even read. It's terrible. Every single day feels like a game of Russian roulette, just hoping that today it actually works.

Help!! Is anyone else experiencing this?

Help!! My campaigns are spending the budget during late-night hours or too late in the evening. It's as if Meta is saying:

"Oh right, it's almost midnight and I still need to spend this budget. I'll just spend it on whatever low-quality traffic is available at this hour when there are no real buyers. And while I'm at it, I'll also spend even more than the daily budget to get ahead of tomorrow's spending."

What can I do to get reimbursed for the money that was so clearly wasted or misallocated yesterday and today?

What do you guys think?

I'm starting to think that since Meta's outage on the 12th, they’ve effectively pushed independent advertisers with low budgets out of the game.

No matter what we do, nothing seems to generate results or bring in even moderately qualified traffic. The quality has been terrible.

At this point, I’m beginning to believe it’s a low-budget account issue rather than a creative, offer, or optimization problem.

What do you think?

"When is Meta finally going to hit rock bottom and stop getting worse?"

Since the June 12 outage, what was already a mess has become much worse. With every outage, this crappy Meta system actually gets worse. How much lower can this terrible Meta system possibly sink?"

"Meta is a complete shitshow right now."

I had two campaigns performing very well with excellent results. After Friday's outage, everything went downhill. The campaigns are now receiving nothing but low-quality traffic, and yesterday (Saturday) they didn't even spend half of the allocated budget.

If Meta's goal is to ruin its advertising system day by day and make it worse over time, it's succeeding remarkably well.

The ads are being shown to the same people over and over again. Please help.

Why, despite excluding the audience that clicked through the call-to-action button within the last 90 days, am I still receiving messages from the same people who have been engaging with my ads over and over again throughout the entire month of May?

It seems that even basic audience exclusion instructions are not being followed by the platform.

Typical May Friday drop?

Help.

What’s the point of reporting purchase events if Meta always ends up optimizing toward cheap clicks and low-quality messaging audiences that are not necessarily buyers?

We have a problem we haven’t been able to solve: even though we are informing META who our buyers are through offline events (we sell through messaging), Meta still keeps shifting optimization toward cheap clicks or cheap message audiences. We receive a huge amount of low-quality messages that are not real buyers.

How can we solve this and make Meta look for real buyers instead of just people likely to click or send messages? Help.

Did Meta decide to take weekends off now?

We had excellent sales results from Monday through Thursday, but over the weekend Meta was absolutely useless. Please avoid saying it’s because people are resting, because before this damn change our best results were always on weekends, especially when there was a holiday Monday like today.

Campaigns that die after two days.

I launched a campaign on Tuesday at 5 PM. It started very strong, had excellent results on Thursday, good results yesterday, and now today the results are very poor with low spend. Lately, this has been the cycle of my campaigns. There could be multiple reasons, but if we were talking specifically about the strength of the ad itself, why does this happen?

tax identification number in Meta

How does the process work to change the tax identification number in Meta? It appears blocked, and it has already been three months of Meta agents transferring me from chat to chat, and none of them seem to know how to solve it. Help!!

“Effect of presidential elections”

In my country, there are democratic presidential elections in 20 days, and the country is divided between continuing along a communist left-wing path or shifting toward the right. How much could this be affecting the performance of my ads?

I’ve heard the theory that when this type of political advertising investment increases, the performance of commercial ads is negatively affected. Is this possible?

What should I do?

What should I do? I sell footwear using message conversion campaigns, and no matter how many videos I upload, META always chooses just one video and puts all the budget into it. The video is for a single product because META also doesn’t perform well with videos showing multiple products at the same time. I currently have more than 60 styles, but only one product in one color keeps selling because META gets obsessed with one product and never lets it go. What can I do to show and sell all the products? Or at least 30% of them.

What should I do?

I can’t decide between hiring a real video production team to create META ads from this content, or simply generating videos with any AI/video creation app.

With the way META is now, it feels impossible to truly know what works and what doesn’t, because you can’t really analyze or predict anything consistently anymore. So I honestly don’t know which option would perform better.

We sell women’s footwear, and up until March, static photo ads worked amazingly well. Since April, META barely even allocates budget to ads using static images.

I’m completely exhausted from creating new ads practically every three days and sitting down to play this roulette game with Meta ads. The instability of this service this year is completely unsustainable—it’s a total mess. One day it works, the next it doesn’t—this crappy algorithm has no idea what it’s doing.

What am I doing wrong, or what is the correct way to set up a sales campaign for footwear products with multiple references, sending traffic to Wpp?

The issue is that we have a catalog with a Wpp destination. We set up the campaigns, but no matter what we do, Meta always chooses a single product (one reference), sticks with it, and doesn’t show ads for the others.

In every campaign, it picks one creative, locks onto it, and allocates 100% of the budget to it until it becomes saturated.
