Nervous about my first Colonoscopy at 36 years old. I was having mild constipation that didn't get better with metamucil so my GI said while I'm healthy and had no blood in stool after the rectum test but instead have lower back pain he just wants to do it due to bowel movement changes to make sure no polyps or anything else is doing this. Just feel anxious now, how long will the appointment even take to book ? He put a follow up for November 5th but my test will be well before that right ?
