Am I playing a different game to the main sub

Just saw a post on the main sub about how Daredevil still needs nerfs. The reason OP came to this conclusion is because they tried Daredevil for the first time, and apparently were just able to go backline and kill healers by mashing a bunch of abilities and just deflecting out. Only played hitscan to this point apparently, no dive experience.

Im just wondering, how..? Am I in a genuinely different game? Im a Cel player on console and I feel like if supports just use their cooldowns or anyone peels for them at all, you're not getting the kill or you're getting blown up if you don't leave fast (at least if you don't have a Venom or Cap going in first). Like I genuinely don't understand how anyone is getting kills just mashing buttons and are leaving without trouble. In my experience, people are very aware of the dives and will peel within a second or two. And even sometimes when trying to leave the backline after a soft dive the enemy DPS and tanks track me hard and focus me down through my healers' healing.

Maybe if it was Plat or Diamond I could understand. I watched a friend learning DD who hovers around Plat/Diamond try him out after getting the BnB down in practice range first, and it didn't seem to take much to drop the healers at all. In the lower ranks they just fall over to any amount of pressure. But most of the playerbase is like, GM right? And I don't imagine someone would make a whole post about a character's balance being off because they stomped in low elo lobbies.

Im not saying DD isn't really good btw, he definitely still is, but I think he takes more effort and skill than a lot of people give him credit for. Is that just me?

Hello everyone, Im pretty new to guitar. Been trying to learn this song 'Jane' by The Long Faces, and there's this riff before the chorus that Im working on. However, when I play it, the sonority just doesn't sounds quite right. Im not sure why.

The riff in question is at the 28 second mark here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HydkjjDNTmY

I've been using this video to learn the riff and it sounds way better here: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/2lggFyUUUPs

In the original and other recordings I found online, people are getting a much nicer sound during this riff. Like, the notes sound like the ring out better? Idk how to describe it. Mine seems more stiff and harsh to the ears in comparison. Im not sure if its just how my guitar/amp sounds and there's nothing I can do, or if my technique is off which is why I wanted to check with people who actually know what they're talking about. Can anyone help me understand?
