I’ve been researching the UAE market for the past few months and have been building a business around Local SEO. After speaking to business owners and studying the market, I genuinely believe there’s a big untapped opportunity here. I already have the research, tools, and a clear plan to execute it.

I’m looking for someone who wants to build something from the ground up rather than just work a regular job. Ideally, someone who’s comfortable with outreach/sales and has some knowledge of marketing or SEO.

I have started a Local SEO Agency in Dubai. I am trying cold outreach’s to Cafes, Restaurant’s, Dental Clinic’s and Salons, but the biggest problem i am facing now is that nobody knows Google Maps Optimisation is important and will have major impact especially on these business.

Everybody ends the conversation with we have a marketing team and we are collecting reviews to rank on google maps. I think i will have to bring in awareness first before cold out reaches. Can somebody help me figure out on how to make this work and get my first client.

So I run a small Google Maps visibility service out of Dubai. Basically what I do is help local businesses show up higher on Google Maps and Google Search, like restaurants, cafes, dental clinics, medical centres, salons, any business where customers are actively searching on Google before they walk through the door.

The actual service involves hands-on work optimising their Google Business Profile, fixing what’s broken, and actively managing their Maps presence so they rank where they should be. It’s not some automated tool, it’s done properly.

Now here’s where I need help.

I’m solid on the delivery side but I want to bring in someone who’s good at sales, whether that’s generating leads, having conversations with business owners, or closing deals. Could be both, could be one or the other.

I do Google Maps Optimisation for my clients and i use Localo for that . It is a really good platform but i would like to know if there are any better platforms specially for Google maps optimisation. Open to trying out new tools.

5. Do you offer retainers? If yes, what do you usually include in your monthly work?

Also, if there are any common mistakes beginners make in this space, I’d love to avoid them early.
