I struggled with self harm many years ago, but still have those very visible scars all over my arms…
I feel so ashamed and just wanna get rid of them.

I know that it is one thing to learn ro forgive myself for doing it and for accepting those scars, but I just can’t find a way to accept these scars ro be there for the rest of my life.
I’m afraid it will keep me from making career, finding a partner, having a family one day and having friendships…

I have heard of laser treatment, microneedeling, or cremes,…

Some of which are so expensive… I don’t want to waste money for things that aren’t effective….

What would you recommend for my scars? They are probably 4-5 years old :/
