Eventhough iam obc ncl why does in josaa my alloted seat type says open

As the year pases neet becomes more and more competative due to these uncle and aunties who are on their 3rd 4th 5th drop etc who studies 2 year syllabus for whole 10 yrs .why these uncles and aunties do this after 2nd drop they must move on from these rather than taking seats of candidates who deserve the seats like 12thies or a first dropper. And after getting a seat these uncle and aunties will be completing their mbbs course in 15 yrs. Why doesnt nta brings an attempt limit to this exam just like jee. Even though neet 2026 was a lot harder than neet 2024 the expected cut off for this is expected just like neet 2024.

And message to those uncles and aunties please move on from these exam and let the 12thies and dropper get what they actually deserves
