Goodness, we need a musical episode

Does anyone have any opinions on The Fitz on Hungerford Drive? We like one of the floor plans but it seems worrisome there are several units that have been on the market for weeks... I don't give a ton of credence to online reviews when there are so few, so anything would be helpful

Not to be too pie in the sky…. But the fact that, in the middle of the day on a random Wednesday, hundreds of the world’s most talented musical performer are gathered within a half mile radius to perform some of the highest quality productions is AMAZING
