very painful and itchy bumps on scalp, painfully swollen lymph nodes to go with. is it foliculitis?-

I've had these very painful bumps on my scalp for about a week now. My lymph nodes are also painfully inflamed from behind my ear to my neck. Is this foliculitis? it only seems to be on one side of my head. I've been using ketoconazole shampoo once every three days because I thought it was dandruff but the pain has gotten unbearable.

please help! super painful and itchy as hell

I've had these very painful bumps on my scalp for about a week now. My lymph nodes are also painfully inflamed from behind my ear to my neck. Is this foliculitis? it only seems to be on one side of my head. I've been using ketoconazole shampoo once every three days because I thought it was dandruff but the pain has gotten unbearable.
