A bit about me: I’m 13F, I’m not sure what I follow yet…I like learning about religions and what people follow in general

but this is not the point. My dad is constantly ranting about the end times, I ask him not to do it in front of me but he still does!! I have horrible anxiety, and last year when this whole ‘war’ mess was going on; he ranted about the end times to me too…That kinda messed up my whole summer, I couldn’t sleep, I wouldn’t eat, and I barely left my room…out of fear. Now that there is ANOTHER war my mind can’t rest at all! He keeps ranting about how I’m gonna go to hell because I’m still not sure if I’m ready to convert to Christianity…but he’s not wrong in a way. I can’t damn myself to hell verbally, but sometimes I get scared. End time talk gets me all worked up and in fight or flight mode, sometimes for months.(I deleted YouTube because the more I watched of the war, the more that the ‘prophecy’ videos would show up.)Can someone please pray for me?
