Progressive Trainers and Coaches need to form a Union
First off, let me start by saying that what has happened is very unfortunate and I wish this wasn't happening to any Coach or Trainer. Both groups are very hard working and passionate, and deserve better. Which is why I am suggesting a union.
Since the beginning of this year, there has been a lot of uncertainty in both departments with goalposts on how transitions would work being moved and changes to who will be affected. Business need is one thing, slowly getting multiple departments and being blindsided is another. The working conditions are not healthy for anyone, especially for a company that prides itself on its workplace standards.
My goal for this is for folks who were affected and folks who are having to work with the unknown constantly lingering around them to have better protection. A safety net for the continued "unforseen circumstances". I hope we can have a productive conversation here, gauge interest, and hopefully move on to next steps.

Edit: Trainers and Coaches are not the only ones needed to unionize. That said, my understanding is that the more folks wanting to unionize the better. Please be careful discussing unions at work. There are laws protecting you, but given the state of the country right now, I can not comfortably say you'll be ok. I am trying to be as careful as possible with this to help as many as possible.
