Swiggy delivered a single roti instead of my ₹375 order, refused to refund, and closed my chat! 😡
Hey everyone, wanted to share a frustrating experience I just had with Swiggy.
I placed an order from London Waffle Co. (Order #250034681120720) for ₹375, which included:
Mix Veg Momo (x2)
Oreo Thickshake (x2)
Chocolate Milk Waffle (x1)
Instead of my order, the delivery partner handed me just ONE roti.
When I reached out to customer support on the chat, the agent (Payal) completely dismissed the issue, claimed they couldn't compensate/refund for it after "verifying with available resources," and simply closed the conversation asking me to email email-support@swiggy.in!
Has anyone else faced this kind of blatant refusal to resolve clear order mix-ups? How did you get your refund?
