Looking for a studio apartment/backhouse in Los Feliz Village to move into early August. Need off street parking and onsite laundry and have a small nine-pound service dog. Don’t need til August, just putting into universe now. Hoping to stay at/under $2k. Don’t need a ton of space, looking for a spot that has an oven/fridge, laundry access, and off street parking. I work remotely as a writer for a national morning show and love to travel/adventure around (hence the need for parking not affected by street cleaning), but love having a small place in my favorite neighborhood.
