Is there a government issued Kimono license / degree in Japan?

Hello all, my friend has a japanese Kimono teacher and she claims that there is a government issued / national Kimono license in Japan and the teacher claims to have one. I have never heard of it and thought that every Kimono school has their own made-up licences, and there is no national degree in Kimono that you can get. When googling I only found a national Kimono tailoring degree. Does anyone knows more about this? Thank you in advance!

I tried Tencha from Marukyu Koyamaen

Hello all, I tried Tencha from Marukyu Koyamaen (and yes I was a little bit bored so I did a photoshooting with it haha). I thought that it would taste very intense because Matcha tastes very intense but it was the complete opposite. It was very hard to get flavor out of it, I tried different temperatures (40, 60, 80°C). Though it makes sense that the flavor is very mild because otherwise it would be way to strong when ground into matcha.
