My au pair has been with us for 4 months. Everything seems fine. She has basically unlimited freedom and goes out sometimes every night of the week until 2-3 am. Has friends and travels often. This past week she stopped going out and is crying a lot. I asked her if she’s ok, as she has seemed off this week. She says she’s fine but I have noticed her crying several times. She cried at dinner for no reason that I could tell. I don’t know what to do. Not sure if it’s me, the kids, a boy or maybe just home sick!?! Any suggestions on how to handle this? I don’t want her to be upset with me or the kids and not tell me so we can address any issues

I booked a family trip to Mexico including our au pair. She’s French and is in her second year. Does anyone know if there is anything we have to apply for with this trip? We have her valid DS form, I94 and passport. I read mixed information online. Just looking for some reassurance
