Hey guys, my partners birthday is coming up and he’s been raving about an omakase experience he had in Sydney ages ago since we first started dating.

Just wondering what are the best omakase restaurants around for fresh sashimi because that’s his absolute favourite thing and I want to give him an experience that will rival the love he had for his first omakase.

Budget anywhere from 200-400(?)pp
Intimate, charismatic chef and experience would be preferable as we’re trying to forever live up to the enjoyment we had while actually in Japan 😩
