Fine hairstyle recommendations please!

Fine hairstyle recommendations please!

Open to any recommendations on how I can get my hair cut or styled! It's very fine, there is more regrowth at the roots to about 5cm (I have low ferritin but working on increasing it!) but nothing at the ends. I hate how it looks currently and don't recognise myself in the mirror!

Hair style with regrowth ideas?

I've  always had fine hair but the last few years it's been really bad. I believe it's been down to low ferritin and since I've been supplementing it's starting to grow back, however how it looks currently is still getting me down!

It's currently shoulder length but the ends are still non existant. I'm wondering about cutting my hair shorter to where the regrowth is but that would be the shortest I've ever had it before. I've also got quite a round face with chubby cheeks so not sure I can pull it off. Any ideas please!

Diarrhea taking iron tablets

I've got low ferritin (11) and was prescribed iron tablets. These were ok initially but after a couple of months I started to get diarrhea every day when taking them. Took them every other day instead which was ok for a week or two but then the same thing happened. Stopped taking them and issues stopped after a couple of days.

Went back to the Dr who then gave me liquid iron and said to start on 10ml every other day. After the second time taking it I started to get diarrhea again. I'm going to take a break for a week as I'm going away and then maybe start on 5ml?

Has anyone else had this issue and managed to find a way to get passed it? I'm not sure what else can be done... The Dr has said this is the gentlest supplement on the stomach they have.

Shipping settings

I'm a very small business selling ceramics internationally and I cannot work out how to set my shipping up so it's not a whole load of hassle for me.

I'm based in the UK and use royal mail. However, I'm finding I'm having to manually adjust and add in shipping uplifts manually to lots of orders. The issue I have is that I'm not always sure how heavy a parcel will be until I pack it but I do have a good estimate.

Now with custom fees etc I'm finding it impossible to charge the customer the right amount. Is there a way to set up shipping to make it more accurate?

All of my pieces are unique so I currently have it set at a flat rate plus item cost.

Any help is much appreciated!!

Low ferritin for 9+ months, doctors not being helpful

I had my ferritin checked for the first time last September and it was 11. I hadn't had many symptoms, I had it checked due to hair loss but also experience some heart palpitations, a weird tongue etc.

I was put on iron tablets which I took for 6 months. In February my ferritin had gone up to 30. I started to experience some stomach issues towards the end so took it every other day with vitamin C.

When I ran out I contacted the doctors to be re tested. They said they didn't usually do that (?) but finally agreed to arrange a blood test for a month later. I've just had that test and my ferritin has gone back down to 17.

What do I do next? The GP won't contact me unless I contact them. Presumably I should go back on tablets? And ask them to find out why it is low? I'm vegetarian so perhaps there isn't enough iron on my diet. I am willing to eat fish if it helps.

Any tips on how to approach the doctors is much appreciated!
