females only!!!!

hey gals this might be a little too weird to post on here but idk if it’s happened to any other females. it’s happened like 3 times when i donated (i’ve donated about 30 times) but i get really wet down there. idk if it’s the salience they put after but it literally just leaks 😭😭 and then i start to cramp up after. has this happened to anyone else?

is this safe to use

i’ve had this starter in my fridge for like 1 1/2 months. it had this discoloration on top but the bottom looks fine. it’s fresh milled flour so idk if it’s anything different in comparison to store bought flour.

sore after

just wondering if it’s normal to be sore when they needle was injected??? this was my 26th donation and i’ve been sore before but i just wanted to come on here and ask if it’s normal?
