I was at standing Indian shelter recently and saw these items hanging from the ceiling. I shook them and they don’t make noise so I assume they aren’t like wind chimes or anything. Just curious

Is it a roach? Doesn’t seem scared of the light and kind of just paced back and forth when I saw it. Thanks in advance!
