Hello Everyone. I hope someone can guide me on what to do

My biometrics date was on 28th of July. I have received an email today Aug 14 from UKVI. Please can someone explain to me. I am confused really as I have submitted my Bachelors Degree, Statement of accounts and Residence Visa from the UaE as I am applying from here.

To anyone who had experience the same, please guide me what to do. I graduated in 2006 and have huge gap years but from 2006 to present I am employed and my course now is far from my graduate course.

Course: Culinary Arts

School: Le Cordon Bleu (18 months)

Course Fee: 62K GBP fully Paid

Gap years: 2006-2026 (mature students)

Nationality: Filipino

Apparently, I can not provide a Certificate of Employment from 2006 to 2013 due to the company ceased its operation in 2016. I have been a resident of the UaE from 2015 to present. Can I just provide a picture ofy work from 2006-2015? Do i need to provide all the years of my bank statement from 2015-2026?

I am so confused. I have spent a hefty amount of money for this study, I don’t want it to be rejected 😭😭😭😭
