  2. He is an angel enemy, the final stage of a main chapter always includes an enemy which has a trait introduced from the last chapter, so he could also be eligible to be in that stage
  3. He makes the stage more balanced, this makes the stage more fair while also still being annoying to players

Is it just me or are fungle hosts the most strictest and most annoying people sometimes
