How is lifestyle on Cocoa beach? Rent?

How’s the age range/community out there? I’m relocating for a job offer in Melbourne and trying to get a feel for the lifestyle. I’m a young single adult, no kids, no pets, mainly looking for a place where I can work hard but still have some kind of social life, things to do, and people around my age
