
Anyone else encountered this UPOU Landbank ePayment error? (“The customer email field is required”)
Hi, I’m currently applying to UPOU and trying to pay my application fee through the Landbank ePayment Facility (Landbank/Bancnet).
The problem is, whenever I try to proceed with the payment, it gives this error: “The customer email field is required.” But the weird thing is… there’s currently NO email input field on the payment page anymore.
Yesterday (May 12), there actually was an email box there, but I wasn’t able to continue yet because I didn’t have enough online cash ready at the time. Now when I came back today, the email field disappeared completely, and now it just keeps showing that error.
I already emailed customer service but haven’t gotten a response yet.
Just wanted to ask if anyone here has encountered the same issue before? If yes, what did you do to solve it?
