Anatomy & Physiology 1

Hello everyone! For this next fall semester, I have to take A&P 1. A&P 1 is the last class I have to take to apply for the respiratory care program at my school. Fortunately, I won't be taking additional classes in the fall. Like other people, I want to get an A in the class. Any tips or what is the most important content I should focus on? Thank you in advance!!

SAP Appeal Help

Hi everyone! I'm seeking assistance as I was placed on SAP due to an excessive number of credits.

My mother made me attend college when I finished high school in 2017. My mother told me I had to leave her home if I didn't attend college. I complied, and we went to a community college and enrolled me. Now, throughout my life, my mother and I never discussed college or my life goals. My first year's classes were easy (General Education), and I passed them all. In addition, because I am a military dependent I received a stipend each month. My mother was forcing me to attend school so I could give her the monthly stipend.

I was tired of attending school and had no real idea what I was doing. Summer semester of 2018 I confronted my mom and told her that I didn't want to attend school, and my mother told me to pack my stuff and find another place to live. I called my sister, who lived in another state, and asked her if I could stay with her. She said yes. I need to wait a year to resume my education in order to qualify for in-state tuition. During this time, I wasn't thinking about my future; I was simply happy to be away from my mother.

I am now eligible for in-state tuition. I begin taking classes at my community college. I tried a lot of classes and changed my major a lot, but I couldn't find one that caught my attention. After a few years at community college, I went on to university. My father encouraged me to follow in his footsteps and study computer science. I dropped out of the class after the first few weeks since I realized computer science wasn't for me. I eventually quit college and started contemplating my life. I knew I needed a job because I wasn't in school, so I applied for one at Amazon and began working there.

Amazon offers a service called Career Choice, which allows students to pursue a variety of educational options. I submitted an application for one of these positions, and I was hired. I was given the opportunity to attend university for a semester, where I earned a certificate that was pertinent to my profession. Climbing the ladder, I saw the next position I wanted but you need an engineering degree. Many of the individuals I spoke with in the field I was looking for informed me that I didn't need an engineering degree, but that Amazon has raised its requirements and that it is now necessary. I do not want to be an engineer so I took those classes for nothing.

I've recently begun pondering important questions about my future and what I hope to gain from it. I examined all the majors at my community college that seemed interesting to me and created a list of advantages and disadvantages. I happened to find respiratory care. I had a meeting with an advisor today and we came up with a strategy. I only need to take Anatomy and Physiology 1 next semester because I have already completed so many credits. I received a B in my last speech class, therefore I'm also enrolled in a speech class since you must have an A in order to receive points for your application for respiratory care.

With all of this information, do you guys believe my appeal may be approved? I've never failed a class, I simply took too many.

I don’t know exactly how to answer the questions below. I wanted to see if you guys could help me.
