Has the IT help desk been outsourced to India?
Recently when I call IT for support there’s been reps with Indian accents. In the past I’d speak to general American accent folks.

Do we have to memorize the hex digit—->binary digit chart?
Having a hard time remembering the hex digit equivalent to the 4 digit binary.
Will that info be given on the test???
Update* actually I just figured out how to calculate the 4 digit binary without having to memorize each one
