First of all, I want to make one thing clear: I don't think giving LCP based on the region is a wrong decision. Every region is different, and I respect that.
What hurts is that you kept us in the dark. Because of that, I ended up making the wrong decision.
I'm not a big spender. Most of my CP came from Persona events, so every CP matters to me. I had saved 7,500 CP with one dream in mind: getting Mythic RAM-7 or Mythic XM4.
My plan was crystal clear.
Then the announcement about the 3,500 LCP event dropped. I felt like I couldn't let those extra CP go to waste.
I sat down and calculated every possible scenario. At first, nothing seemed worth it. Then an idea struck me: if I reached 80,000 Heat Points, I'd get another 600 CP from the individual events.
That changed everything.
According to my new calculations, I'd be able to get two Mythic weapons and one Prestige weapon. 🤯🙌
The only sacrifice was giving up my favorite Mythic, the RAM-7. But I convinced myself it was worth it. Two Mythics and a Prestige sounded like a better deal.
So I bought the Mythic Switchblade just to secure those extra 600 CP.
The funny part? I don't even use the Switchblade. My heart was always set on the RAM-7. I kept telling myself, "It's still a great Mythic. I'll learn to use it."
(7500 − 5770) + 600 = 2330 CP
According to my plan, I would claim 3,500 LCP next season.
2330 + 3500 = 5830 CP — exactly enough for a full Mythic draw.
I can't even describe how excited I was. I became completely obsessed with the plan. I was so hyped that I even started dreaming about Mythics. 😭
Then today I found out we'd only be getting 1,700 LCP.
That moment completely shattered my excitement.
Now I can't help but wish I'd simply saved my CP for the Mythic RAM-7. That's a decision I'll probably regret for a long time.
So, what did this story teach me?
- Greed isn't always rewarding.
- Patience often pays off.
- Chasing more than you can realistically afford can backfire.
- how Misinformation can fcuked someone's ass.
And finally...
Never trust anyone blindly. You never know when someone might go back on their word... just like CODM. 🙂

After purchasing scylla - Panther, Battle Pass, etc., I have 8,000 CP left. Should I save them? Should I wait for the 50% CP rebate event? Who knows, something better might come this anniversary? Note: I live in the 10 CP and 20 CP (for character) region, so both mythic characters and weapons are possible for me.
