I tried to download resolve studio and premier, both were clean i inspected it with malwarebytes premium /surfshark antivirus and virus total but when i clicked to run the set-up.exe something in my head just wouldnt let me.

So i ejected iso and deleted downloaded files then ran the antivirus again and it found trojan in chrome cache files which was probably gotten from the site itself. Imagine what running the installer would have done? Damn these sites they have such positive reviews i pity those people who installed them and think there is nothing wrong with their systems now

It’s been a month since I got my Lenovo laptop and this thing has not stopped. I have troubleshooting using Claude and it has not helped me it just randomly disconnect my devices. Bluetooth remains on. Everything remains on just headphones disconnect and stop working randoml.

playing Spotif playing a game playing YouTube it just stops and you have to connect it again. It takes like 5 to 6 minutes to connect it again then it runs again for 20 minutes, 30 minutes sometime hours then it disconnect again, no reason just out of nowhere disconnects I’ve already tried basic fixes like power management device settings updates things like that whatever claude told me.

Lenovo doesnt reply. I still have one year warranty and they just don’t reply. I don’t know what to do here. Can someone help me?

Isn’t this app supposed to be seamless and very fast? I have a very high-end system and every time I press alt space there’s a stutter, and it lags it does not immediately start typing it last for a few seconds. It’s so annoying. It is completely messing up my workflow. Ive been using it and kept using it because it was very seamless. was very fast now on both my devices which are both very high and modern gaming systems It is stuttering it is lagging. you open clipboard you press backspace to go back it lags, you open any app likeCalculator then you go back it lags.

I emailed them a month ago they have not replied back. Other people have complained about the same. I’m really thinking about getting rid of this but it’s been months now like I can’t not use it like I have everything configured through raycast but the only thing is that I am not using any extensions and the third-party extensions or things like that I have a lot of snippets and quicklink items. I have 3 notes. I can’t imagine not using it but it is really being annoying for the past few days. I am just avoiding it trying not to use it it is gone just it is intense right now.

Both devices have dual chip 32 gb ram.

I have never regretted buying so intensely. Fuck lenovo. The smart switch or the mux switch is completely broken even on discrete gpu mode when you turn it on through bios it doesn’t recognise the main GPU. It only shows Intel and completely disabled the dedicated GPU also lock screen refresh rate to 60 doesn’t let me do anything. I just spend weeks configuring troubleshooting even AI has given up. I paid premium to Claudia just to have its advanced capabilities in troubleshooting and even that couldn’t help me. What a shit fucking company. I live in the third world so it is not easy for me to pay expensive fees to shipping again and have sent it back to America. Get it fixed and have come back. No one organises that, the people who sold me this do not have that kind of support they will not do it for me i paid expensive money for this legion with 5070 waited months for it, and I recommend everyone not to buy this. Just think of other laptops other companies stay away from lenovo.

Whenever I turn on the Lenovo hybrid mode from my laptop the main GPU completely disappears on the computer. It is not in task manager. It is not found in device manager and when you turn on device manager hidden options then it is available, but it’s greyed out. it cannot be used. turn on IGPU mode again and restart the computer then it comes back on and to use Intel on smaller things you have to manually select one by one like Chrome or a player or media players things like that then it works
