What do you wish someone had taught you about money

Ok
So I am an investment banker on a sabbatical and I’ve started a teeny tiny page around money advice and I want to keep it woman focused.

Why? because I read a lot of research on my job and it all pointed towards one thing - women are currently more risk averse and that contributes to the wealth gap. So a woman earns less on an average, research indicates she saves a larger % of her income but it goes towards safe havens like FDs where her wealth creation potential is eroded and men take riskier bets so they see higher returns.

So I want my page to answer questions that women in particular have - what do you wish someone explains when you set up an SIP
What do you think scares you from investing
Are there any alternate assets like debt, crypto, govt schemes that you have come across but you didn’t have the time to figure out the fine print so you avoided it?

I’ll do my best to answer it here and it will give me some direction for what topics my page should take
