Delhivery courier service in Kolkata should start profiling their delivery executives
i had to get a nykaa fashion order picked at my office address. i asked our office waale bhaiya to hand over my return parcel to the person who came to pick it up. something seemed really off about the guy as he had called me to ask if i am there at the office address for the pick up or not. his tone of speaking didn't sit right with me. anyway, as the bhaiya went to give him the parcel, the pickup guy asked him to call me instead to check it because apparently the product didn't match with the images. the guy was really rude and rejected the pickup so i answered him back similarly. i thought it was over till...bam... the next day i got a follow request from the same pick up guy on instagram. i understood that the pick up was rejected intentionally so i raise a return request again and he gets to visit my office again. i could identify him from the profile image and also the name matched(attaching screenshots below). i blocked him right away but took a screenshot, in case i ever had to raise a complaint. this is just to make all girls aware of this guy. he operates from the Elliot road branch of delhivery Kolkata and my office address is near the U.S consulate, so i am assuming that he delivers at the locations nearby. please dont directly engage with this person, ask some male staff or male family member to deal with him. stay safe.
