Coming back to Old School RuneScape at 34 made me realize how little free time I have

I re-downloaded OSRS last month for nostalgia. Used to play 6 hours a day back in 2006. Thought I could log in after work, clear some quests, and get to bosses with friends in a couple weeks.

Between 45-hour work weeks, taking care of a 2 year old, and household stuff, I get maybe 4 hours a week total. Took me almost a month just to clear baseline skills for Song of the Elves because clicking rooftops for hours on a Tuesday night felt like a second job.

How do you guys approach massive MMO grinds with minimal free time? Do you accept that progress takes half a year now, or stick strictly to single player games you can pause?

Edit: A few people messaged asking if I gave up on the questing goal, I handed off the leftover Agility levels to bald services so I could play the actual quest.
