New Color for Shadowy Front Door

My house is tan and light brown with a deep front porch, and I’m sick of the front door being so dark and boring. The stucco trim is white/cream, what fun color would you paint the door to brighten it up around here?

Photos show the home at different times of day/ seasons. We love a pumpkin porch in the fall, obviously. 😂

Do I double pinch?

I pinched this dahlia and then it proceeded to grow like an additional 10 inches with only small laterals. Do I pinch again? Why did it choose to be so weird?😂

DYING WITH ANTICIPATION

This is a wildcard seedling, so far the others have all bloomed white with open centers. I’m dying! Can’t wait!

First Seedling Blooms of 2026

THRILLED that my first seedlings this year aren’t highlighter yellow. 😂

What are these little guys?

Saw these on the back of one of my first year seedlings today… I’m not a bug gal. Are these eggs from a friendly bug? Or do I need to destroy it with fire? 😂 Please Advise.

They look like teeny tiny silkworm cocoons.

I wanted to ask before I remove them because if they are HELPFUL bugs, I would be sad to kill them.
