Hi all, I’m doing my first run disney race (10k) next february during princess weekend. I am NOT an early morning person and need sleep, so i’m wondering what hotel will take the shortest time to get to epcot. I’m hoping to get as much sleep as possible!! 😅
Im thinking i’ll do 1 night close to the race, then the rest in animal kingdom lodge, but i know that is very far from the race start.
Ive been wanting a pool and finally decided to get quotes. I see a lot of people online saying they got a regular size fiberglass pool with attached patio area for 75k or so. I want a small, plunge pool and assumed that would be cheaper. I just got my first quote for a 10x16 fiberglass plunge and the pool only (no sun chair area, no pavers/stone around the pool edge, etc) was 72k. How are people getting 16x32 fiberglass pools with patios for the same price?! Is my quote excessive for a plunge pool? Located in NC.
Does anyone have recommendations for good companies that install inground pools? I’ve contacted a couple I found online, but haven’t received any responses.

I own a 2 bed 1 bath single family home with a fenced yard in a downtown area in maryland worth about 300k. I owe ~175k on the mortgage, and my interest rate is 2.75%. My mortgage, including everything, is 1380/month, and it is currently rented for 2800/month, but I’m unsure if i’ll be able to get that much again. The job market sucks and people are feeling the pain right now. The lease ends in june and the current tenant is moving out.
I’m wondering if I should sell it and invest the money or put it towards my primary mortgage (6.5%) or keep it and deal with the work. I’m new to this (I started renting last year) and am a bit overwhelmed with having to do this process again.
My first tenant is moving out in a couple months. How exactly do you all go about lining up another renter so there isn’t a long lag time? I don’t want to do prospective tenant tours while my current tenant is living there. Also, i no longer live in the area but really don’t want to pay $2k+ to have a management company line up tours for me. Do some of you only offer tours in an “open house“ type format every other week or so? (I can drive there but don’t have the ability to do it multiple times a week).
