Advice please was supposed to have a meeting on Tuesday with management for a grievance I put in against my manager it didn't take place but the manager spoke to me and we agreed that we would have the meeting the next time we were both in at the same time today he has today walked past me 3 times and not mentioned anything about the meeting and it didn't take place so I'm now feeling very pissed off and still have a problem with my department manager I put in my grievance nearly 4 weeks ago surely it should have been sorted by now

So looking at next week's rota and it either isn't done or I haven't been given my full contract hours I'm happy with what they have given me should I take a screenshot of what is on the app and turn up for them hours or so you think that would get me a disapplinary
