Salvinos 2024 Chevy Camaro Kit, JWTBM (Just Want To Build a Model) decals. I absolutely LOVE how crisp the graphics came out on this one!
Body was primed and painted in Tamiya Gloss White - everything else was on the decals. Great color quality and fitment! Especially the little bonus pieces that went around the seat headrest!
This one has been on my bucket list for a while! Race day photos of this car are near non-existent despite this being the race winner. But a fellow Redditor came through over on the NASCAR history boards with a photo he shot of the passenger side while at the race - which gave me the one character pose I didn't have!
This is a Revell 2004-2005 Ford Taurus kit with decals designed by myself and color laserjet printed. Correct character poses where gathered from A LOT of obscure sources, lol. Only modification to the exterior was shaving the lower front grill smooth to replicate the speedway body style from 2004. Paint fade from yellow to red was done with rattle-can. Whole thing was shot with 1k Clear once finished. Driver figurine inside the car is fully decaled and painted to match Biffle's firesuit from this race. Correct 2004 dashboard with the ignition modules placed on top is a resin part from Jaye's Model Garage. Thanks for looking!

While Kurt won the 2004 Championship running this car - this one is a little bit of a fantasy build because the car as built here never actually saw a race. But there were just too many gorgeous extra decals included on this sheet to not use all of them that I could! The pre-season preview for this paint scheme included the gold metallic Sharpies on the hood and rear bumper - but those were removed from the design before Daytona. This design just feels so much more complete with them IMHO. Like the 2004 Biffle car I completed, this one also includes a fully painted and decaled driver figure.
I hacked apart the kit dash and made my own space for the ignition modules on this.
This started as a Revell 2004-2005 Taurus kit and was completed with a set of Cartograph printed decals from JWTBM (Just Want to Build a Model). The metallic gold is all decal! I sanded the kit lower grill smooth with the rest of the bumper to better match the look of the 2004 cars on track. Whole thing was shot with 1k Clear once finished. Thanks for looking!
