Phantom trains hogging all my damn platforms

Hi, for some reason whenever a train goes into a depot it doesn't unreserve the signal block behind it (the platform) and once it's been serviced and goes to leave it can't because there's a "train" sitting there. This is the only screenshot I have been able to capture but it seems to happen at most big stations and I've tried changing the switch track at the end of the platform which hasn't fixed it. Anyone know what's going wrong? I'm using JGRPP

Make buses in jgrpp wait at a certain stop.

Hi, I've been using jgrpp recently and it's been very helpful however my only problem is that when using the auto splitting feature for unbunching the buses seem to wait at the most inconvenient stop physically possible which causes a build up of buses behind them as they wait for 14 days at the city centre. Is there a way to specify which stop they wait at? I've got a big bus station which fills quite fast and I'd like to have them wait there to keep picking up passengers. Worst comes to worst I'll just use a depot. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Why are my operating costs so high!

Hi, I've logged about 130 years in this world and I'm beginning to realise that my operating costs are outrageous after looking at my friends world. Am I doing something wrong or is there something I should be doing which I'm not? I use timberwolfs UK new GRFs and run pendolinos on basically everything. I thought their operating costs were pretty good for how useful they are. (Also that screenshot made me realise I never paid back my loan lmao)

Make train ignore any stops that don't supply it's specific cargo?

Hi, I was wondering if there was a way to have a train, in this case one that hold valuables, ignore any stops that don't supply valuables? I currently just have the train going from start of line to end of line stopping at every station so that I don't have to change the orders if a new station on the line builds a bank.
