I’ve (30M) been on a GLP1 for almost five years now, with about three of those years being Tirzepatide.

My doctor seems to think there is no correlation between my worsening vision and Tirzepatide use. She has stated Tirzepatide should help reduce retinopathy if anything.

The vision in my right eye has gotten significantly worse in the past year and I don’t know what to do. My eyes are dry and I stare at screens a lot, but I’ve only recently started having issues.

A friend of mine who has also been taking these shots has also said she’s never had poor vision but only recently started to need glasses for the first time in her life.

Does anyone have any feedback or advice regarding this? I’m terrified Tirzepatide might be ruining my vision.
