HCG too high for 4+4?

After 4 recurrent miscarriages, I am now pregnant for the 5th time. I know I should be happy but I can’t get rid of the feeling the other shoe is about to drop and this can’t be real 😭

My current worry is that my 18DPO (4 weeks 4 days) HCG is way too high. The 4 week reference range is up to 426 and I am miles above it 🫠 everything I read says it may be a sign of a complicated pregnancy and could indicate trisomy 21 or a molar pregnancy.

11DPO HCG = 60
13DPO HCG = 200
15DPO HCG = 430
18DPO = 1700

Any thoughts or ways to make my brain shush? 🙈

FRER & Wondfo progression 9-18 DPO with HCG (panic with me after 4 MC’s)

Mannnnn, what a roller coaster I am on right now.

I’ve had 4 back to back miscarriages before this one, all around 5-6 weeks. My FRERs never got as dark as anyone else’s and would start to slow and decrease around 16DPO. My HCGs never doubled, would only slowly increase before decreasing and miscarrying just before 6 weeks.

Fast forward to now… this will be my 5th pregnancy. My lines and HCG seem to be on track and yet I can’t shake the feeling that it’s all a trick and there is something worse to come. I don’t even feel excited or happy about this pregnancy because it now seems to good to be true after my history 😭 anyhow, just needed to get my rant out to people that would understand 🥰

HCG trend:

11DPO HCG = 60
13DPO HCG = 200
15DPO HCG = 430
18DPO = 1700

Now I’m alarmed my 18DPO (4 weeks 4 days) is way too high and I can’t stop stressing about that instead 🤣 someone make my brain quiet please 😵‍💫
